History
Built on July 31, 2017. My research to date indicates that our 2017 Holden Caprice was the 10th final example to roll off the GMH assembly line and the last Caprice finished in Phantom Black.
The majority of Series II WN Caprices were painted white for State and Commonwealth car use or Silver. The hire car industry did purchase a few earlier WM and WN examples in black but the finding the very last Series II WN examples in black is not easy today.
So, this car does have potentially significant future historic value as being the last black WN Series II GMH built Caprice.
Modifications
I have totally ‘rebadged’ our 2017 Holden Caprice as an export Chevrolet Caprice, but have retained all of the ‘Holden’ badging and this change can be easily reverse back to Holden if that was important in the future. Otherwise, our 2017 Caprice is as it left the GMH assembly line.
