History

Vehicle originally sold into the UK market & modified heavily by the second owner who by the records provided barely drove it before passing it on eventually landing in Aus. The Cabriole design with removable roof sections was a result of a fear that convertibles were to be banned in the US market which never eventuated. Approx 5013 Cabrioles manufactured from 1982-1988 with 191 assigned to Australia. Some 296 units globally were produced in this artic blue colour.

Heavy duty front/rear roll bars & anti scuttle/shake body stiffening kit,
Engine bored & stroked to 7.4ltrs, full pressure engine oil cooler, Getrag 5spd manual conversion,13" ventilated discs.Hayward Scott exhaust, Paul Banham round gauge conversion to the dash & more...
