History
Purchased as a bog standard C code with LHD set up and rubbish paint over a poor quality panel job. Since has been heavily modified over a 15 year period.
Modifications
Converted to RHD, power-assisted discs up front, power rack & pinion steering by RRS, blueprinted and balanced 347ci stroker in a roller cam block, forged internals.
On the block sits a pair of Edelbrock Alloy heads with matching inlet manifold and carby. Comp roller rockers push the hardened valves, pacemaker extractors suck out the gases into a big tube twin system.
Sparks fly from an ICE ignition with 16 volt booster to keep the power up. Kept cool with a custom alloy radiator, all in detailed engine bay with hidden wiring, engine bling etc.
Engine is attached to a hardened Ford AOD tranny, which gives great mileage on the highway while attached to a 3.55:1 9" diff with 31 spline axles.
The sexy body was lowered all round, a fibreglass Shelby bonnet fitted. The obligatory B&M Megashifter was installed along with LED tail lights with yellow blinker setup and HID headlights. The whole body is wrapped in strong red duco base with 3 coats of clear and a gold pearlescent fleck.
