History
Owned since January 2000 ( when I could barely afford it ) and purchased 1 day prior to my engagement. Now in a position to be able to start returning it to "factory " condition.
German import - therefore Euro specification, imported by previous owner in 1996 and converted to RHD at the same time ( good job - apparently ) People often comment as to how good it looks ( ie condition ) allthough to me it is far from perfect. Regardless I love this car, to me it typifies what the "idea" of a 911 is all about, and having learnt how to drive it, I get great satisfaction from it's performace and handling. I can understand why they are so competitive at Targa style events.
Modifications
Removed Air Con, upgraded Roll Bars to turbo items and replaced brakes with genuine Porsche 3.2 Carrera items. Unfortunately the turbo twist alloys came with the car, though saving hard for 18" Fuschs replica alloys ( similar to Singer 911 ) to accompany removal of Tea Tray rear spoiler.
