History
I bought this bike in 1975 after losing my Norton Interstate to an accident (not my fault!). The Beemer had 25,000 kms on it and I have traveled, loaded up with wife and camping gear, to Cairns, Darwin, Alice Springs, Adelaide and Melbourne many times since. It has just clocked over 196,000 kms and is still going strong.
Modifications
Only modifications are twin disk brakes and fairing from a 1975 R90S, Heinrich knee guards for winter and factory Krauser panniers.
