History
This is a 1998 Laverda Formula - one of only 200 built in black with upgraded engine mapping and some carbon fibre body panels. I have owned and ridden this bike since 2007, bringing it with us from the UK to Australia in 2009. It was a bit shabby and unloved when I bought it but it has always been a great ride, so I felt that it was worth the effort to keep it going. I decided recently that it was time to restore it and make some additional improvements along the way.
Modifications
Suzuki SV1000 engine and swingarm. Modified Honda Firestorm rear wheel. Modified SV1000 airbox and rear brake mounting bracket. Lightened rear set brackets, gear lever, and brake lever. Bespoke battery box. Modified tank.
Bespoke carbon fibre dashboard, under seat panel, number plate bracket, and heel guards. Carbon fibre rear hugger. Bespoke exhaust system.
