I believe somebody purchased this car in the ACT? Apparently the previous owner purchased it off of an old lady (likely first owner), who had it parked up and covered in lichen. Was originally intended as a race car service vehicle to "push the cars up the track".
I was originally looking for a BT50 or Courier to do up as a cheap runabout and run on biodiesel, but a good search on marketplace found this for cheaper.. offered a grand, got it for that. Drove it 4 hrs back on bald 15 year old Chinese tyres, lived to tell this tale!
Car needed new wheel cylinders (one was leaking bad but had a g clamp on the line..), new shoes and machined drums and a new muffler..
This muffler was the worst muffler aesthetically, but the best sounding one ever haha.
