History
I broke my arm in 2012 and just for fun I took this ute for a test drive. From that moment on I was hooked and I bought it. Since then the ute was on the road for two years as a daily work vehicle. Sadly after two years the stock standard engine blew and despite all the evidence FoMoCo weaseled their way out of warranty. The ute has sat off the road for the last 9 years and is just months away from being re-born and back on the roads again.
Modifications
The ute was originally painted Silhouette but has been resprayed Mazda Autumn Bronze. I have added leather seats, 4 pot colour matched Brembo brakes, coil overs, painted all front suspension black and replaced front bushes with SuperPro. I have also changed ICC to MK2 and changed front bar to genuine FPV panda eye bar. I have also sound deadened the interior and changed the cream interior trim to black.
More recently I have dropped in a new forged 5.0 Miami/ Coyote with built gearbox and aiming for 520rwkw. Other mods are a Herrod intercooler kit linked to a Forced Inductions Interchiller, Yella Terra snout upgrade, full Modular Motorsport Racing catalogue inside and out of the engine. It also has an upgraded GJ Drivelines driveshaft and Aftermarket Industries fuel system.
