I've owned this bike for around 28 years now & when I first got it it was in reasonable condition cosmetically but after being shunted from one shed to the next without ever having been ridden by me it started looking worse for ware so a couple of years ago I decided to do a full, back to factory original restoration & I've managed to accumulate boxes of new parts as time & money allow & I'm getting to the stage where I can start to see a little light at the end of the tunnel. Mechanically it was a bit rough, having been restored in Malaysia back in the 1980's it was a real "Backyard bodge" so there is a LOT to do to get it right, hopefully I'll hve it finished sometime this year ! : )
Modifications
None yet ! But I have bought some stainless steel rims & spokes as I live on the coast & modern chrome plating isn't worth bothering with !
