History
Manufactured in Oct. 1968. Sold through Botwoods of Norwich. Had five owners in UK before being imported into Australia by Brooklands Motors in Melbourne, and sold to me in 2001 as a retirement project without an engine or gearbox. Restoration started in 2015 and completed in 2022. Now has aircon, satnav, Bluetooth, rearview camera.
Modifications
Was originally a 6 cylinder version, now fitted with 5 litre VT SS roller cam engine fitted with alloy heads 10:1 compression, a 90mm throttle body, Haltech 2000 ECU giving fully sequential injection, catalytic converters, 4 wire oxygen sensors. Extractors now ceramic coated, rest of exhaust polished stainless steel.
