History
U.K car imported by Brooklands Motors. Sold to me minus engine and gearbox.
Renovation now started. Bare metal repaint. Chassis strip and repaint. Colour not decided yet, was Caribbean Pearl ( metallic blue ) according to Heritage certificate. New springs, bushes and Koni shocks ordered. New rear screen ordered due to some delamination.
Filler found in aluminium nose section. New nose coming from UK.
Restoration now well under way. Car on rotisserie to remove all paint and underseal to carry out any repairs needed. Sills in good order, obviously been replaced at some time in the past.
Modifications
Bigger brakes. BBS alloy wheels 16"x8" with 245-50-16 tyres fitted to cope with power of 5 litre V8 with Tremec 6 speed 'box.
