You're absolutely right Bossman.
I've built bikes from scratch, started with just a spark plug and built a Triton once ('65 T120R in a 1960 Slimline frame with GT750 'Waterbottle' hubs and sliders on Roadholder tubes and yokes; Done a Yamaha Vmax and currently have two project bikes...
The Triton was different from the norm and when I sold it the buyer put it back to 'the norm', I felt like I was banging my head against the wall.
When you make stuff yourself, be it fibreglass, aluminium, steel, welding, polishing, etc. you realise that custom means 'Doesn't Fit' and when you succeed in what amounts to problem solving, that's when you can appreciate the work - just buying and bolting isn't what it's about for me...

OK POMJON1, if you want to see the next original custom style, DO IT!

just more of the same... OK, top marks for the conversion but this 'flavour' has been done to death now, when can we see the next original custom style that's not just bought and bolted?
