History
Bought it as a rusty wreck in 2020 - not knowing enough about restorations, I turned to you tube videos and Facebook groups for advice.
I thought it would take me many many years, but with so many Melbourne lockdowns in 20/21 I spent the extra time I had on it and managed to get it on the road in just 3 years.
It’s painted in a modern sky blue, a colour that gives a nod to the 60’s era of the car, but is more vibrant.
The car itself runs everything standard as it came out of the factory, including the 4-wheel drum brakes and 170 engine.
The wheels are up from the falcon 13” to mustang 14” with classic white walls.
It was registered in March this year, it’s first registration since 1989.
34 years off the road, and now it’s back and running like a dream.
Modifications
Everything on the car is as standard as it came out of the factory, including the 4-wheel drum brakes and 170 engine.
