I have always loved the VP, it was the car of my youth.
I came across this clean, Queensland delivered, VP SS featuring the power pack (180kW) option 11 years ago and couldn't pass it up.
Since this time, I've returned the vehicle largely to OE spec including the head unit, badging along with others.
I am torn about changing the grille back to OE as the twin nostril is a nod to the HSVs of the era and a hint to what was to come in VR just a couple of months later.
My plan is to keep it as original as possible and drive it as a survivor.
Modifications
Grille may not be OE, but could also have been fitted to the car as part of the power pack option
Leather interior was dealer fit.
