History
Imported from California in 2015/6 by Norcom Qld and purchased by Eryn from Redland Bay Qld.
He did a complete nut and bolt rebuild on a bike that he believes showed the original 6,300 miles.
The engine and gearbox rebuild was complete by Norcom Qld.
The Gearbox has all new bearings and bushes, neutral switch and the gears were perfect.
The installed fuel tank is a 1971 long-range interstate tank that holds approximately 25L or 5.5 Imperial Gallons. It was off a Police bike purchased in NSW and is relatively rare.
The bike also came with its original genuine factory interstate tank in new paint also.
Other inclusions are:
Genuine NOS Toga mufflers and new header pipes
Com-stock breather fitted to sump
High speed 4 brush starter
Boyer MK4 ignition and regulator rectifier
Seat is original USA Baxter 06-5613 made in Iowa
Too many other things to list here including things like having the bike laser aligned.
I purchased the bike in March 2021 whilst travelling Australia and had it shipped home to Victoria.
I joined the Norton Owners Club Victoria and have both this bike and a 1970 Triumph Bonneville 650 Club Registered through this great little club - members are so friendly and helpful.
The bike is a joy to ride
