* Completely stripped all components
* Parts sand blasted to bare metal
* Panels and frame repaired or replaced and rust proofed
* Scooter underside stone chip protection is applied
* Bodywork all resprayed to perfection. (Original vintage scooter colour)
* New wiring loom installed and electrics have been upgraded to standard 12 volt and varatronic ignition for improved lights and ignition timing
(fuel consumption improved too)
* New crankshaft installed (includes big and small end bearings)
* New top end fitted (barrel, piston and cylinder kit)
* Gear box and shims re-conditioned
* All engine bearings and seals replaced
* Replace all cables with new Teflon lined cables
* Speedometer re-conditioned
* Seat re-upholstered and springs replaced to new
* New Italian made badges and rubber trim throughout
* New chrome parts installed as required (horns, covers, switchgear, headlights, crests, speedometer trims etc.)
* New exhaust
* Replace brake shoes and pads
* New wheel rims and tyres
