Memories
My dad sadly passed away last year but this photo of him on his Jawa is a classic memory. He was always one for quirky bikes. Scooters, the Jawa, an early triumph (shown in the other photos). And later a Honda Cx500 and a Suzuki GT750. But this photo of him on the Jawa showed his unique style. A red water proof suit to protect him on his daily ride to work. He loved the robust simplicity of the Jawa, even though the production quality was a little lacking. I think he passed on his love of bikes and unusual choices to me as I now own two Moto Guzzis, but I would love to track down that Jawa. I wonder what happened to it?
