Memories
An exceptional vehicle. Very tough. A great bush vehicle. Travelled far and wide throughout Australia. Originally it came from Zimbabwe and brought to Central Australia by a South African man who was a mining consultant. I bought it at a lawn sale after my wife who had bought a cupboard came back and told me was a ‘Rover’ there. It was a Citroen. It’s a unique car in many respects ie hydraulic assisted steering, suspension and braking. I’ve had to become a Citroen mechanic, this is the only one in the NT. Ive had it since 1981 and am still married.
