1969 HT Monaro with a 496 big block Chevrolet engine,Turbo 400 gear box and Ford 9” differential 4 wheel disc brakes and fully engineered for SA road use.
40 years ago I had my Monaro stolen two weeks before I was getting married, which I still am. So I said one day I will get one , so two years ago I bought this car unfinished and made it almost identical to the one I had excepted this one has a 496 engine and my old one was a 400.
The joy it brings me is unreal and my number plates are in memory of my daughter who passed away at 25 years old and those plates were on her car and now on mine
