History
My car came from Ipswich, QLD. We bought it from a newspaper ad in 1992 after a qualified valuer gave an appraisal. The Ghia has been restored by a host of Victorian vehicle specialists including John at Volkshome. I have a photograph of the original owner in her driveway with her new possession. I stripped it down in 1993 and then my husband put it back together. It is only a sunny day drive now.
Modifications
My ghia is proudly original, including the engine and upholstery which were removed, reconditioned and returned.
