Bought new from runout stock in Melbourne 1976-- Just the body shell- Took it to Wagga Wagga for 2 years from Sydney--Brought it back to Sydney then put it in hiding at a freinds workshop and been there ever since.
Being the the only brand new HQ Monaro left , it has a price and no-one can afford it ! It is on a build plan , also with a new never used RTS chassis
Modifications
No mods to body , but chassis is smoothed and filled , new neoprene suspension, lowered wth KING springs - 308 bored 60 thou over alloy pistons-mod cam still to decide --308 manifold with spacer and mod 780 vac secondary Holley carb and shotgun scoop- racing sump --extractors- tall valve covers --Yella Terra valvetrain--Mallory Distributor and Coil-- Dash -Autometer Phantom and C2 Gauges--stereo still to be decided ---M/T Gearshift on Muncie gearbox. Wheels- Billet Specialties Streetlite 4x15 with M/T Tyres at front and Billet Specialies Streetlite 8x15 with M/T street drag Tyres at rear
