History
The vehicle was a special order from Ford originally purchased by an elderly couple from Thirlemere NSW. I purchased the vehicle from John Newell Motors after it was traded in, in December 1972 and used it as my daily drive until 1986. Since then it has only been used occasionally and I have maintained it in original condition. It has never been involved in any accidents and has never been resprayed. The odometer currently shows 59,650 miles.
Modifications
The exhaust system has recently been replaced with extractors and a twin 2" system right through similar to the XY GT and the original 2 barrel ww Strongberg carburettor has been replaced with a 2 barrel Holley.
