History
After owning this T140 in its original form for about 10 years I started getting the itch to mix things up a bit.
Drawing inspiration from the old Bruce Brown film, Hare and Hound Classic and a little bit of Steve McQueen, I enlisted the help of Tom from Purpose Built Moto on the Gold Coast to help me bring it all together. Long story short, he absolutely nailed every facet of it and I've been ripping around happy as a clam ever since.
It's probably not the smartest thing in the world having a 50 year old daily rider, but it's a hell of a lot of fun.
Modifications
Apart from the engine, frame and tank, almost everything has been modified. Some of my favourite mods are the valanced rims, combination headlight/speedo and those custom pipes. They look great, and they sound even better!
