History
Started with a donor Darmah, but then used parts to put into a handmade 76 900SS frame, added Frank Pons fornt marzochhi forks, verlichi aluminium swingarm, and IKON alloy race shocks. Rebuilt the engine with a 6 mm stroke, high comp 88mm pistons, straight cut primary gears, full race imola lift cams, heads larger valves and flowed, gearbox rebuilt. Fairing and body work NCR, with the fairing from a mould of Billy MacDonalds factory 78 NCR. Malossi 41.5mm carbs with handmade NCR pipes. Ive raced it a few times and have just won the 2012 NSW PCRA "Forgotten Era" unlimited championship. Am looking forward to running around at the Phillip Island Classic again in 2013. Its a fun machine!
