This was my brothers Monaro, Andrew Johns, he was MURRED in Kinglake 1992.
I looked after my father , whom had cancer, my mother, with alzheimers, and my older brother, mentally handicapped,
Before my father passed away he was able to change one thing in his “Will” his half of Monaro. Since my mother has alzheimers I had to purchase her half.
It took 2 years to get my Monaro from my sister, whom had it hidden away from family for 22 years.
My wife was then diagnosed with 3 different cancers, all terminal, I had only just given my Monaro too Paul Grech to repair and paint. I assumed we had come to a verbal agreement for 20k.
Wasn’t I the fool.
My wife passed away and then my mother.
Fighting my mother’s estate, not much, but I got half for my brother and a third for me.
I went to Paul to give 5k , the last payment, I was so wrong.
Paul put his hand on my Monaro and said “ if I put an add in the paper for 2 weeks “ then this car is mine.
Then he walked into the office and stated that I owe him another $17.5k for work to date. Is that a hint about how he will get what he wants.
This is not 37k dollars worth of work. He also stated that they have worked on it for 10 weeks.
