History
I started to build this from a Python shell in 1998, it sits on a Bongailis chassis, jag front & rear suspension. 5.0 Windsor, top loader gearbox, the build took nearly 9 years. I cut & re made the foot wells & interior to make as much cockpit room as possible.
Brendon Diprose completed the body & paint, including the stripe colour
I have raced the car at the Cobra nationals & Shelby Fest the first 5 years of the car being completed with great success. more recently both me & my son Michael have competed in various events such as Longford revival, Baskerville Historics & the odd hill climb.
The car is an absolute joy to drive both on the track or just cruising on a sunny day.
