I bought my gemini off a friend when I was 18 it only had 79,000kms and was a completely original car. 11 years later and it's still my pride and joy with keeping the modifications period correct with my own little touches.
Modifications
The car was resprayed 10 years ago in VX commodore hyper yellow which looked close to the original colour but with a touch of metallic.
12.1 compression 2.0Lx1.6L g200 block g161 head twin 44 down draught webers built t180 trimatic 3500rpm stall converter bnm quick silver shifter detailed engine bay hopper stoppers 300mm disc brakes koni adjustable shocks through out with king springs and superpro bushings throughout all of the suspension. 15inch borbet type A wheels complete retrimmed interior in buckskin tan with lx recaro mesh head rests front and back with diamond black stitching through out interior HSV steering wheel and autometer gauges throughout.
