History
Purchased new in 1963 by my late wife, Ann, the Mini has remained in the family ever since - she just never wanted another car - saved me a fortune!
Modifications
Period accessories of woodgrain dashboard, wood-rimmed steering wheel, Lucas "Le Mans" headlights with "eyebrow" rims have been on the car since day one. 1100cc engine installed in the mid-70s. Mini Deluxe doors with wind-up windows and power-boosted Cooper disc brakes installed in the early 1990s, along with custom-made houndstooth seat covers and floor carpets.
