History
This is a US import brought out here in 2000. RHD conversion and lowered suspension performed at that time. However underdash wiring very poorly done. Currently undergoing a complete rewiring. Previous owner used car for hill climbs, hence had a close ratio non-overdrive box fitted. Not suitable for highway cruising, so an overdrive gearbox has been fitted. I bought the car in 2013 and has been undergoing a rolling road restoration. (It's to much fun to drive to lay the car up)
Modifications
Apart from the changes from US specifications, I have fitted electronic ignition, central locking with remote control, thermostatically controlled electric fan for radiator, high torque starter motor and a dual battery system for starting and ignition circuits.
