History
In 1989 I bought my Mini for $500 when I was 20yo and living in Melbourne. It wasn't sexy or sought after (not like they are now) and I drove it until I broke it. Then I sold it to the mechanic who quoted me to fix it for the price of the (then) brand new 12" Momo steering wheel and boss kit I'd just put on - $300. Lots of fun, this one, plus we found out the Mini's wheel track fits perfectly on the Melbourne tram system tracks...in the wet it's a wild ride and deathtrap combined!
Modifications
A $300 12" Momo steering wheel. Added at least 50hp and made it go faster...
