After buying a couple of previous cars though vehicle importers, I thought that I would give it a go myself. I found her though a sales yard in the USA that deals with salvage and insurance claims. After a lot of headaches and time she arrived about 4 months later in Australia. She has a small amount of damage on her right front, damage to the ignition barrel and a cut in her rag top.
I promptly fixed the ignition and she fired up first go! Her engine number matches that of a 351 boss and my research states that only 1005 were ever produced in that car in that year.
I saved a bunch of $$ importing her from the US myself although it was a long wait with a few hic=ups along the way. but would and will do it again.
I plan to restore her, put her in some local shows and just cruise on beautiful days.
