History
Built 1975 Stingray Corvette with Targa Tops, Imported 1978, Converted 1980 right hand drive to left hand drive using Ford GTHO steering box / fire wall replaced for conversion of heater A/C box and brake power booster, all brake lines changed from one side to other, to comply with State Authority regulations. One of the best conversions done, I purchased vehicle in 1998 and was taken off the road for a complete motor train rebuild using the best parts available with no cost spared by fully qualified trade's people using mostly genuine G.M Corvette parts. Car was kept registered and back on the road 2002 after a detailed 2 pac paint job underneath and exterior color change to Labella Pearl Top coat painted 2001, stainless steel side pipes for a nice loud V8 sound, Targa Tops with rear carrier rack , New red leather interior.
Modifications
Only non genuine parts on the vehicle is the 1980 tail panel witch reduction of the height of the duck tail was done at restoration, custom stainless side pipes with fiberglass covers, dark tinted side and rear windows, non gen screws holding front spoiler to car, custom sheep skin covers and a carry rack mounted on the rear panel. and detailed change of color and detailed 2 pac painted underneath.
Car was used mainly for driving to and from car shows and some minor driving and has only travelled approximately 35,000 k's since rebuild.
