History
This is my 1965 Fod Mustang Fastback 2+2. It is my daily driver. I purchased this off a gentleman in queensland approximately 3 years ago. Since then I have made little improvements to ensure relaibilty as a daily driver.
When my wife and I got married this was our wedding car. We drove it down to Lake Crackenback, got married then drove it back to Bathurst.
Modifications
Heads modified to suit Petrol. MSD Electronic Igntion and controller, Front Disc Brakes ( no booster), Wiring Changes to engine compartment, Boot and Instrument Cluster. Latest Modification was fitting a 69 Mustang Radiator, filter and also twin 10" thermo fans. Since then I have not had any overheating issues.
It is now a reliable daily driver after these small modifications. If i ever want to change back I have all original components.
