History
Raced in Appendix J from ~1980. Was last raced at Perth where it was in a "bit of a shunt" front, back & side. I bought it as rolling shell stripped of all mechanicals/wiring etc that the previous owner used to build a Valiant Pacer to race (slant 6 but with disc brakes). The car is being built for track day sprints, regularity & a bit of racing. This car replaces a column manual race S series Appendix J car which is the usual case of "wish I never sold it".
The extractors used were used in the 1980s but needed slight mod to work with the auto and I also had to make an inlet manifold to suit. The original inlet is still fitted in the Pacer.
Modifications
Dual circuit brake lines (flushes fluid on braking) to 4 custom cast finned drums. Period cage, race seat, Triple carbs, custom extractors and other race treatment.
