History
Landed my Bel Air on 27 Dec 2013.
Have been slowly going thru it improving earth for the lights, repairing original switches where possible buy nos if its out there, removed aftermarket stereo, will hide that in the boot later, replacing window channel and waiting for seat belts to be fitted so I can get it on the road. It's been a while, it's now 2018 I still have my Bel Air and have continued the road going resto, most recently I have replaced all of the springs shocks and rear suspension bushes, I have also replaced the under dash harness, this has improved the electrical side of things considerably.
Other recent repairs/upgrades is new dual master, wheel cylinders and brake lines all around.
The dragways are now gone and replaced with HQ GTS rims standard size, not original , however suits the era of the car and makes life a lot easier when changing a wheel.
Modifications
Only modifications at this point are inlet, exhaust manifold and 4bbl Edelbrock Carb electronic ignition.
