History
Purchased new in 1951 by my father when he started his building business. Used as family vehicle as well for the first few years of it's life and as a work vehicle until mid 90's when Dad & truck retired. We decided in 2005 to restore the old girl so dad, my son & myself put her in the back shed and stripped her down and did a complete rebuild. Body was shortened, mechanic's done, stripped back to bare metal (removing many coats of house paint dad painted on over the years) body work & sprayed, trim, rewired, all done in the shed at home, 90%of it by the 3 generations. Was finished november 2005 and back on the road. Still has original Q plate as it has never been deregistered. Dad is now 92 still active but the lack of power steering means he is a passenger these days.
