History
Bought from a wholesale car yard in Mandurah to use as a work car to pull a trailer. But it has a really good rust free and straight body and would be a shame to wreck it so it wentiinto the garage and only come out when I needed to. First was to replace the 14 inch steel wheels with 15 steel rims. King springs all round and Munroe shocks. To get more economical use was to put it on gas. Booked it in to get the conversion done in august 2006 and a week before the government offered a $3000 encentive to get car's onto gas. The conversion cost was covered and it cost me nothing. The brakes was replaced with new or exchange parts. The car has spent the last twelve months sitting in the garage not going anywhere till last week when I thought Iit was time I drove around in air conditioning. The gas had leaked out (134r) and getting it recharged the compressor was leaking at the main gasket. $1200. later it's nice and cold. I know if you don't use it, you lose it!
