History
1973 was the final year that 750 Commandos were produced. The 850 (actually 828cc) started being sold this year. These 750s benefitted from the fixes carried out on the Combat engines: stronger crankcases, uprated Superblend main bearings and 32mm Amal carburettors.
Modifications
Black Diamond valves and racing springs, PW3 camshaft, CNW reed valve engine breather and oversized Hepolite pistons.
