Club membership passed 400 in 2013 and continues to grow.
Like the three generations of "MONARO" Club members who were teenages when the first HK Monaro was launched, today welcome new members who are teenagers and enthusiastic when the first V2 - CV8Z coupes were released.
Meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 8:00pm in the Chevrolet Car Club rooms Unit 1 / 3 Edgecombe Court in Moorabbin East ( Mel Ref 78 B7 ) members enjoy the opportunity to inspect the evening's display car and help fellow members by sharing knowlegde and experience of models, always keen to hear the progress a member is making on their restoration, modifcation or recent discovery, the network of contacts within the Club can help members find that specialist repairer or hard to locate part.
Family friendly Club events are planned on a regular basis throughout the year to ensure the whole family enjoys the driver's passion for "MONARO"
On a grander scale the Monaro Nationals are held every 2 years in Australia bringing together Clubs from all states providing members the opportunity to widen their network.
Interested in joining ? Come along to a Club meeting where you can meet, talk and enjoy a laugh with the men and women who are the Club before you decide.
Ownership of a Monaro is not a requirement but we are sure it won't be too long before you will be living the dream.
